SITUATION AND MISSION:
We have an emergency: Sentinel forces have launched a coordinated attack on Liberty City, targeting diplomatic personnel and Skell Tech employees. Seven are dead, with an additional thirteen missing. The enemy has seized control of key infrastructure, including Liberty Port and Liberty Airport. Intelligence suggests Sentinel is using these locations as staging areas to transport their captives to an unknown location. Our mission is to quickly neutralize immediate threats at all target locations and gather intelligence on the whereabouts of abducted personnel. The situation on the ground is shifting as we speak, so we must be prepared to act on any targets of opportunity encountered as we move through the AO.
CONCEPT OF OPERATION:
Combat divers QRF "TRITON" will deploy from South Cape Station at 2140 via Little Bird helicopter and execute a helocast into Dolphin Bay. After securing the port, we will utilize the water canal to maintain a low profile while entering the city. Throughout the operation, we must move quickly and prioritize securing the exterior. We cannot afford to clear each building individually, as our primary objective is to neutralize enemy forces swiftly to prevent further casualties or abductions. (edited)
